Chromebook Distribution
Chromebook Distribution Requirements
In order to receive a Chromebook this year, all steps below must be completed. Students must also not have any outstanding Chromebooks or accessories that were not returned at the end of the last school year.
Students and Parents are required to complete the following before receiving their Chromebook and accessories:
- Device Distribution:
- We will begin Chromebook distribution for all students on Tuesday, 8/12/25.
- Distribution will take place in the Media Center, and a schedule will be provided for teachers to bring their classes to receive their devices.
- Students must have a completed Agreement Form on file for this year (see link and QR code below) to receive a device.
- Students with missing devices and/or accessories resulting in fees of $100 or more will not receive a device.

- All fees for technology equipment are paid through SchoolCash Online.

schoolcashonline.com - If a student loses or damages a device, AC adapter, etc., they'll report that to the school technician. A fee will be assessed on their IIQ account and the student will be told what item(s) need to be paid for in SchoolCash Online. SchoolCash provides a storefront interface to choose what item(s) you want to pay for. A receipt of payment will then need to be presented to the school technician for the fee to be removed and replacement equipment issued.
