Note: Testing will be conducted in person on the MZHS campus. Additional information will be provided by teachers prior to the start of testing.
Attention MZHS Parents & Students:
The Georgia Department of Education has provided an option during this COVID Pandemic for students to decline testing for the 2020-2021 school year. Since high school students are still in a virtual learning environment, they are not required to report to the building solely for the purpose of testing. Please review the parent letter below for complete information.
It is critical that parents and students understand -- in order to decline, you must complete the form below. This form must be submitted by Sunday, April 11th. If you do not officially decline using this form, your student will be expected to report for testing.
Parents, if you have already sent an email to Ms. Brown-Braggs and Ms. Griffin as well as your child’s teacher indicating your decision to decline testing, we ask that you still complete the form by clicking the link below.
This form is also used to decline the testing that was conducted during the 1st semester, in December, 2020. If your child did not take their EOC test in December, you must complete this form to officially decline it.
Note: The EOC is required for American Literature, US History, Biology and Algebra 1 only. You need to decline or report for testing only if you are taking one or more of those classes.
